Tower?!

Do we really need a tower? Why must we always try to outdo other nations, but ignoring the common folks that tries to make ends meet? It will be just another tower. I certainly do not think that it is necessary to build towers after towers to prove to other nations, and to prove to the local people that we are heading somewhere.

I do not care if it's being built by the Government or the Opposition, because that doesn't make any difference. If building towers to symbolize a developed nation, I think we are heading there the wrong way. The project is estimated to cost how much, 5 billion? We can't even get the Port Klang Free Trade Zone to function effectively, after wasting so much money on mega-projects, now another tower is being built.

RM5 billion is a lot of money. RM5 billion can create a lot of opportunities. It is said that money can't buy happiness, but I am sure the person that said it did not have RM5 billion to make the common folk happy, by improving the current conditions that we, the common people are faced with.

Do you not see the frustration of the common people? Just do the right thing. Just do it.
